Lady Bird is a Mother, Transformation Facilitator, and Community Co-Founder currently living in Western Washington.
In the facilitation role, she is grateful to be of support to people exploring their ability to heal themselves. Her passions are woven together at the intersection of women’s work, Motherhood, and psychedelia. She is currently a student of The Embody Lab Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator program. In 2023, she received a certification in Transformational Addiction Recovery and Psycho-Spiritual Integration Coaching with Being True to You. Lady Bird has almost 20 years of personal experience working with psychedelics, as well as other non-ordinary states such as: birth, Kundalini, breath work, float tanks, and dreams. Having assisted in many plant/Earth medicine journeys, she is honored to also offer legal and insured in-home trip sitting and journey support.
“My heart sings with the opportunity to work with women at any stage of life, most especially those pregnant, postpartum, and reorienting to an empty nest. Many of the complexities that come with being a human (and a woman especially) are topics I have personal experience navigating.
Outside of my career, my days are filled with laughter and physical labor. I am co-founder of an off-grid intentional community in Western Washington. I find my center by walking barefoot in the forest, snuggling my dog, and through ecstatic dance. My 5 year old son is a constant reminder to play and be here now. Fall of 2024 will welcome the arrival of my 2nd child.
